Dunstan Hill Camping and Caravanning Club Site

We stayed here towards to end of their season. Everything spotless, wardens friendly & helpful. Great for walking. It's about 15 minutes walk to the amazing beach, we walked around 7 miles to Dunstanburgh Castle, down to Craster & back up through Dunstan Hill & across the fields back to the site. Dunstan hill is a lovely place to stay . Nice and peaceful plus the staff are always helpful. I've given no stars for the rooms because obviously it's a camping And Caravaning and campervsn site , so you bring your own rooms

Beautiful site. Lovely staff. Clean facilities. Close to beach, nice walks from site. Greys Inn pub in Embleton perfect for food too.

At the end of our, enjoyable stay, we were sat in our car, with caravan connected and literally, ready to go, albeit a tad later than we perhaps should have been. At the same time, our warden was advancing worryingly briskly towards us across the grass on his white e-bike, with an albeit slight but there all the same, plume of steam emanating from at least one of his ears, and on an obvious missio...

Returned to Dunstan caravan site after probably 20 years. Much improved facilities now and very helpful staff. Although we used our car to visit places, there are bus stops right outside front entrance to site going north up coast or south to Alnwick and even Newcastle.
