Common questions
How many people will see my banner?
It depends on the region. Larger regions (e.g. North West, South West) typically see thousands of page views per month. We’ll share current traffic figures for your specific region before you commit.
Is VAT included?
No, all prices are ex-VAT. UK customers will be charged 20% VAT on top. VAT invoices provided.
How do I pay?
Monthly direct debit via GoCardless, or card / BACS on an annual invoice. We’ll set this up once you confirm.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing period with no penalty. Annual plans are prepaid but can be cancelled for pro-rata refund with 30 days notice.
Do links pass SEO value?
Outbound banner links carry rel="sponsored nofollow" per Google’s guidelines. Editorial placements (sponsored blog posts) can be negotiated separately.
What can’t I advertise?
No gambling, adult content, competing directory sites, or anything that would mislead our users. We reserve the right to decline creative that doesn’t match our tone.
I don’t have a designed banner - can you help?
Yes. Send us your logo (SVG or high-res PNG) and a one-line tagline and we’ll produce both banner sizes for you, included in the price.
