Trunla Hill

The walk up Trunla Hill rewards you with proper views across the Yorkshire Dales - moorland stretching in all directions, with Skipton sitting down in the valley below. The nearby caravan parks - Howgill Lodge, Wharfedale, Bolton Abbey Estate, and Wood Nook - all sit within easy striking distance, making Trunla a good half-day outing if you're basing yourself in the area for a wider Dales exploration.
