National Trust Car Park - Clough

A car park might seem an odd thing to write home about, but this National Trust spot near Hebden Bridge serves a proper purpose - it's your gateway to the Calderdale Way and some of the finest moorland walking in West Yorkshire. The car park itself is functional, nothing fancy, but what matters is what lies beyond it. From here you can access brilliant fell walks that take you across open moors with views that stretch for miles, particularly on clear days when you can see right across the Pennines.
