Instantly became my favourite campsite. It's a nature-orientated site surrounded by ancient woodland. The plots are generous and it's well run by onsite-staff who are friendly and very helpful. The facilities are well built, very functional and permanent. It's quiet and does not accommodate large, noisy groups so the overall feeling is of peace and tranquillity. It's hard to recommend it enough.

I’ve been camping at the Secret Campsite near Lewes for many years and it’s always marvellous. A beautiful, quiet site, stars overhead, owls hooting at night. The facilities are kept in perfect shape and even when it’s fully occupied it doesn’t feel remotely crowded. Congratulations Tim and team for a creating such a lovely spot.

Took my kids and niece for a night and we had a fantastic time. Very successful glow worm hunt and thankfully less successful, but equally fun, adder hunt. Tim even loaned us his bat detector. All in very idyllic setting. We'll be back but for longer!

The best campsite I have been to. The area is lovely, the farm shop has a small selection of beverages and snacks. The staff are very friendly and nice and the amenities are well kept and very clean. Will definitely be heading back here again.

Tim’s passion for the place is captivating and both Suki at reception and Tim were so welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Nature is an abundant balm here and I was particularly fortunate to have a nightingale sing all night above my tent - alo...
