Awful customer service and worst place to have a holiday. The staff are rude and looking at previous reviews it would be amazing if anyone chooses to stay here. I would give them zero stars if I could

I was many times and every time is great. For people who like to travel ... you can be every time in new place and straight after you leave, you know that wasn't last time. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The best choice to spend time with family. Thank you

Great value for money. I have had two caravan holidays with Park Holidays this year and thoroughly enjoyed both. The kids had the best time in Devon, hence why we went back to another holiday park in Essex just 2 months later. We also received fantastic customer service when we needed to change our booking details. And most importantly, both holidays were more than affordable.
