Long Acres Caravan & Camping Park

Arrived on what we thought was a travellers site with old caravans, rubbish everywhere . As 2 older ladies were actually concerned for our safety at first. I loved it, clean, friendly staff. I camped and the loos, showers ect are nice. Just bring 50ps as the showers need them. Plane wise, I enjoyed seeing them and they were no bother. Download flight radar and you can see what's going where.

Me and wife had our very 1st camping trip, It was a trial run for what to bring and what not to bring Long acres is very well located and showers and toilets where very good , it ends there, omg it looks like a building site, its rough and ready , some of you may like but its not for me . A lovely site, big flat pitches, great facilities, clean toilets and warm showers, it was very quiet when we were there but I think it could do with more toilets for busy periods. Ken was lovely greeted us on arrival and checked in with us every morning. WiFi on the pitch which was a bonus. They have recently been doing a lot of rewilding and it will look amazing once the trees have grown up a bit...

Had a great stay at this campsite. Pitches were large, facilities were very clean and reliable. If the showers / toilets were busy, the next block was less than a minute walk away. Bar and takeaway food at weekends with a seating area which was great during the heatwave on our stay. Picturesque campsite with lots to do in the local area.
