Hickling Campsite

Very tranquil and quite with good showers and washing up facilities. Just what we needed whilst day sailing on Hickling broad and beyond

What a lovely campsite! Plenty of space, brilliant showers and washing up facilities; we loved the fire pits and the friendly atmosphere. Great for families, so good to see the children all joining in together with games, not glued to screens - and especially loved that there were baby baths, so useful! We will definitely stay again.

Lovely site. Facilities are perfectly adequate and well kept. Showers were hot with good water flow. Washing up area is good. Great, relaxed atmosphere. Child friendly, but not too rowdy. Spacious and well-equipped. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.

We love this campsite and have been coming here for a few years now. It's quiet and out of the way just down the road from the village of Hickling which is within walking distance. . But. The facilities on the campsite have started to weather and could do with a deep clean and a refresh. It appears that since covid, a lot of the wood facilities have started to feel and become dilapidated. I concur...

What a lovely campsite! The pitches are a great size and it's in a quiet area. The facilities on site (toilets, showers and washing up area) are fantastic. There is a bath time area with buckets which you can fill with water and use at your pitch... This was a godsend considering the heatwave we were camping in!
