Fontmills Farm Campsite

Gorgeous campsite, well kept, clean facilities (and warm showers). Steve and Nicola were so lovely and I loved the fact we could buy some local bacon and eggs for the morning. Right on the Cuckoo trail which was great for us!

We had a really lovely stay at fontmills. Steve and Nicola are wonderful hosts, always happy to help. The campsite was full for our last couple of nights, but pitches are massive and there’s a lot of space so it didn’t feel too busy!

Magnificent farm campsite with friendly and helpful staff. This is a peaceful site with not dogs allowed as it's a working farm. We came stayed over a couple of nights to test our on going nini-camper build and it was the perfect location, great amenities and fabulous walks nearby. I'll be coming back here in the near future.

A very clean and presentable campsite. The hosts were very happy to help in any way. There is a small shop that sells things you may have forgotten at very reasonable prices. Facilities, including washing up stations, are clean and plentyful. Drinking water is available for free. There's plenty of car parking spaces. Had a great time, will definitely return!

Lovely place, the campsite is clean and well maintained as are the facilities (toilets, shower, kitchen/phone charging area). Steve and Nicola who run the place were very friendly and welcoming. We were a hiking group and they helped advise the best route/trail to follow upon leaving the site. Great value for money in a beautiful part of the country.
