Fantastic campsite, where we’ve visited for the past 3 years. Beautiful location, with its own lake which is brilliant for the kids to paddle board on. Facilities are spot on. Showers and toilets very clean, and the cafe/bar is really useful & services great coffee and cake!! Highly recommended for tents or caravans

We love this campsite but it had been years since we last returned in October 2025. We stayed again mid week in January 2025 and the extra bonus was the peace and quiet. Peaceful place to spend Christmas! Self check in at reception and pick your pitch. Two little lakes to walk around and a little exercise field for dogs to be let off. Clean warm showers. Handy honesty shop at reception to pick up bits you may have forgotten and some local honey.

Room was my own tent. Service was good. Thanks Matt and others. Great facilities. Really clean. Only dirty points are where other campers are too lazy to clean up after themselves. The first photos are of the yurts for clamping. Beautifully laid out, definitely something we'll try in the future. They have them in a great quiet setting.

Amazing site. The reviews are all true. I don't know how they've done it but it has a really continental feel to it. On-site lake for swimming or paddle boarding etc, amazing facilities for campers including the best laundry and fridge facilities you'll ever see. Stunning location, beautiful surrounding hills.
