Separate pitches with plenty of room, other fields available for tents. Choice of toilets from conventional to sawdust. Location fantastic for hiking Hay Bluff and surroundings. It was great to find somewhere to stay in November. I was on a three day bike packing trip, testing gear in extreme conditions in preparation for a big trip next year. I stayed in the pod, which had a treehouse feel to it. The loo, shower and washing up area were perfectly adequate. Running with solar power and fresh spring water. What a wonderful campsite! The scenery was stunning, the remoteness of the pitches made for a very relaxing and calming stay, and the owners could not do enough for us. This place has a lot of potential. It is set deep in beautiful countryside, miles from civilization. There is a farm shop on site selling a variety of products. Just a stones throw away, there is an excellent pub, despite having unusually early closing times. Back to the site, we were blessed with traditional camping weather, heavy rain.
