The facilities here serve the local village of Wellesbourne, offering cricket, football and tennis courts that families staying at nearby holiday parks might find useful for a kickabout or informal game.

It's not a destination in itself - more a handy spot if you're camping at places like Newlands Caravan Park or Twitey's Camping and Glamping Meadows and fancy some proper grass to run around on. The cricket pitch looks well-maintained when I passed through, and there's decent parking if you're just popping by.

Families with energetic kids might appreciate having somewhere to burn off steam that isn't a formal attraction charging entry fees. Local clubs often welcome visitors for casual games, though you'd need to check what's on and when. The setting is lovely - proper English countryside with Warwick Castle just down the road for your main sightseeing.
