Tormanrock

There's no visitor centre or facilities at the top, so bring water and a packed lunch if you want to linger. Free to visit, no permits needed. Worth combining with walks in the broader Mourne area, especially if you're based at one of the nearby glamping spots like Greenview (just over a mile away) or Oakwood near the mountains themselves. Late spring through early autumn offers the best light and driest conditions, though the weather up here can turn quickly regardless of season.
