Temple Church

The Temple Church sits quietly on the edge of Bodmin, a medieval parish church that catches most visitors off-guard with its sheer presence. The building itself is all Norman arches and sturdy stone work - genuinely old, the kind of place where you can run your hand along masonry that's seen nearly a thousand years pass. Inside, the light comes through in thick slabs, catching dust and history in equal measure.

It's worth a stop if you're already exploring Bodmin town centre, though it won't eat up your afternoon. Twenty minutes is probably your lot unless you're seriously into ecclesiastical architecture.
