St Rhidian and St Illtyd's Church

A modest medieval church sits in the village of Llanrhidian, about eight miles west of Swansea town centre, dedicated to two early Welsh saints whose names are now virtually forgotten outside the parish. The building itself dates back several centuries - the stonework tells you that much - with a simple, functional interior that speaks more to working faith than architectural grandeur.
