Prospect Well isn't the sort of place that'll have you queuing round the block, but if you're staying near Penrith and fancy a bit of archaeological wandering, it's worth the leg-stretch. Bringing sturdy boots is sensible. The ground can be boggy, and there's no proper visitor infrastructure to speak of.
