Park Foot Holiday Park

I went for a short camping trip and stayed on the Lakeside part of the camp. Its is incredibly well maintained, clean, tidy and has great sized pitches. The views are wonderful. The lady at reception was so nice too. I had a lovely stay.

First time using this camp site and it was really really nice. We chose it for a winter caravan stay for a long weekend and had one of their "standard" pitches, however the pitch fit the caravan, the awning and the car side by side, still with some room left over as you can see in the picture, not only were we surrounded by mountains, on a clear night the stars were spectacular. This was only our second use of our camper van and wow, we were not disappointed. The weather was hit and miss, but it really didn’t matter. We had an absolute fantastic time. The staff were all amazing from the moment we checked in until when we left. I felt I needed to go and thank them at reception before we left as it was that good. We had a great few days away — the location of the site is absolutely stunning, and the facilities are amazing. The toilet block we used was out of this world, with underfloor heating was a bonus, and excellent family rooms that made shower times so much easier. Stayed for the weekend in our campervan and love this park, beautiful location and the shower facilities are first class, I had a problem with my car on the morning due to leave and the staff went above and beyond to help. We didn't try the restaurant on this occasion but looked great and has a takeaway menu. Will definitely be returning in the summer.
