The facilities are functional and well-maintained, though nothing fancy.

Families with young kids will find it handy, particularly those at Merlin Farm Camping or Woodlands Caravan Site, both just a few miles away. It's the kind of place you pop into rather than plan a day around - a swim and a play in the sports hall might fill two hours if you're lucky. Walkers heading into the Chiltern Hills won't need it, but anyone with restless children during a holiday park stay should know it exists.

You'll want to check opening hours and admission prices directly before visiting, as these can shift seasonally. It's free to look around the building itself, though obviously using the facilities costs. On a wet day when the outdoor activities aren't appealing, it does the job.
