Part caravan site (I wouldn't call it a park, with no facilities at all other than 2 washers and a dryer, no way of walking to anywhere), part building site. Beautiful caravan. More like an apartment with added extras such as, a flat screen fire place as well as central heating. Lovely and warm. The owners Lynn and Alan are lovely people willing to help with anything to make your stay welcome. I will definitely go back if they would have me and my son. 😁

Bit loud in the evenings but great location as close to everything. Host was also friendly and helpful too. Caravan was clean and the beds were comfortable, stayed with my partner and we both slept well. Electricity was included which was a bonus, WiFi was available but at an additional cost and the signal was not great so we didn't use this option. Me and my family arrived to stay here for Five days. Alan and Lynn were amazing!! Couldn’t do any more to help Lovely people. The caravan was immaculate! very comfortable and very peaceful, perfect for a quiet get away. Everything local, Was just an amazing all round. We enjoyed it that much we have booked again for July and August can’t wait to come back Thank you so much guys! :)

This small, friendly and quiet site has approx 20 caravans off a quiet country lane. We found it absolutely perfect as a base for exploring the Island - 10 mins from Cowes by car. The caravan we were in was very clean, comfy and the kids loved it - had everything you need for a pleasant stay. Very reasonably priced (especially during "Cowes Week") and Al and Lynn were the perfect hosts.
