Stayed at 14 Egret Avenue in Oyster bay. Cleaned well, extremely dilapidated. Bath tub had rust mark, shower heater obviously burned at some point. All PAT test out of date by 2 years, Unsure I'd should be rented out but definitely feels unsafe. People shouting at 1 am popping Prosecco bottles, no security to be see n. All looking a bit tired these days. Pool is great. Entertainment is good if you can book it. It was very busy and we booked last minute so all entertainment was fully booked. So spent 4 days on arcades and in reds bar. Quite repetitive.

Its ok. Its very shabby. The big tent needs a good wash and revamp. The Softplay inside the tent isn't used and a new fab one has been placed outside in another unit same as the puppet show isn't in the tent any more it's now been moved into a until outside. Excellent break away good value for money. Staff where very friendly and helpful. The rooms where a bit tired and could have done with a clean but we weren't in them for very long as there is so much to do all day its just somewhere to sleep.
