Southdown Way Caravan & Camping Park

Last minute trip, and other than an issue with their website over the cost of electricity hook up (all resolved 🙂), a nice quiet, clean and tidy site. Toilets all clean and perfectly serviceable too.

This is a nice site, excellent location and access. Facilities are good but tired, warm and strong hot water in showers however. Security isn't technically good but we felt safe and this did not deter us. Will be going back. Bonus is you are contributing to a charity in site fees.

Lovely camp site with friendly staff and great facilities. The prices for backpackers is incredibly reasonable and I really appreciate this. I more or less had the whole camping field to myself too which was a huge luxury. The location is excellent and I was back up on the downs in no time the next day. Great basic campsite. Warm welcome, toulet/showers clean. Laundry room. Decent sized pitches. Also, nice knowing that some of your money is going to charity. Nice pub 15 minutes away in Keymer and a 30 minute walk to Jack and Jill windmills. We will be returning soon, especially as this site is open all year.

Love staying at this site ! We have a disabled child and set up is great and we are treated with great respect and kindness . All other campers seemed to feel the same. Pitches are large and well marked. Facilities clean and well kept. Coffee van on site and small shop . Close to Keymer and at the foot of the South Downs. Beautiful ! Thank you for a great stay!
