There's no charge to access the reserve, and it sits right on the edge of Hassocks town, so it's easily reached if you're staying at Downsview Park or Blacklands Farm further out. Allow an hour or two if you're combining it with a broader circular walk rather than treating it as a standalone visit. The real value is in how it plugs into the wider walking network around here.
