We visited Crowhurst Park and discovered a urine stain on the side of the on the matress protector. How this was missed when house keeping made the beds is baffling. We cut our break short due to this and the response we got from manager was appaling. She insinuated that the stain was 'tea or coffee'. Had the worst possible experience at Crowhurst holiday park spa. Staff are rude, the place is an absolute mess! My wife wasn’t very pleased! Staff members need better training, it did not feel like a massage at all! Felt like I was getting punched in the back! I believe her name was Kimberley, she was rude, not a single smile on her face whatsoever! Won’t be returning!

This is our fifth year staying in Crowhurst and we love it! Ok some of the facilities need a bit of TLC, but its great value, peaceful and has everything we need. Our cabin has new mattresses, sofas, table and chairs, all very comfortable plus new hot tub. The staff are so helpful and can't do enough for us. Keep up the great work guys!

We went here for a mother daughter spa day. The jacuzzi was closed on arrival. Pool cold area around pool cold only warm place was the changing rooms. Free lockers 1 shower didn't work and the other had no products in it. We had a treatments but my daughter's masseuse was nodding off while doing hers. Very disappointing The afternoon tea was delicious though

Great place to have a break with your family for kids of all ages. Soft play room is great. Pool and darts for older kids and good swimming pool, sauna and steam room and gym facilities also. Staff are really friendly and always happy to help and good selection of food and drinks. Will definitely be back again
