Camp and Touring site at Old Farm Slindon

A delightfully small campsite, about 15 pitches. Our stay was the end of the season, and the site was in need of a little TLC over winter. The site facilities were appropriate for the number of people on site. It's easy reach to Arundel, and some good pubs in close driving distance, including The White Swan and The Holly Tree in Walburton.

It was functional for a night but pretty joyless. The pitches are flat and and each pitch has electricity and water. Other than that you wouldn’t really want to ‘hang out’ the noise of the A27 bounds by, the shower is a thin drizzle of water and becuase it’s badly placed all your clothes get wet. Lovely welcome even though our booking couldn’t be found. Was directed to our pitch which we thought was a good size until another caravan was put next to us less than 4m away. These people told us they had been moved three times due to overbooking. We then had a tent put the other side to us with the occupant looking at our side to see if we could move over!!!. Facilities are clean and constantly checked. Owner is welcoming and hospitable. The site is great for children as the set up is pitches surrounding a large circular field where the children play.
