The Silverburn Burn cuts through this nature reserve near Leven with a decent woodland walk that doesn't pretend to be more than it is. You get mature trees, a bit of water interest, and the kind of peaceful spot that works brilliantly if you're staying at one of the holiday parks clustered around here - Leven Beach Holiday Park is just down the road, and Woodland Gardens Caravan & Camping is barely two miles away.

It's straightforward walking terrain rather than a full expedition. The burn itself is the main draw - worth following for an hour or so if the weather's decent.
