First class holiday site. Nick super welcoming and helpful. Brilliant sauna and dipping pool along with hot tub. Cosy evening in the depths of winter. Highly recommended.

Just home from a long weekend at montrave. This is our second visit and now probably our favourite quick get away in scotland. Beautiful setting for wonderful cabins all with their own quirky names. The owners are friendly approachable people and their grounds around the estate are great for a morning walk. I cant wait for our return to try the new sauna and outdoor cold pool.

Stellar stay at Montrave Estate! Everything was just right. The cabin was super cozy and really well-equipped — loads of plates, cutlery, and everything you’d need. Each cabin has its own grill outside, which you can use to cook or burn logs for warmth. Logs are available to buy on-site, just ask Nick (he’s great!). This place is absolutely lovely with one important caveat: ** you 100% need a car to access this place and get around safely** There are two bus stops nearby but the reality is that the walk from either of those stops to the wigwams is not safe at all for pedestrians. A wee bit of heaven on earth. Stayed for 2 nights in luxury lodge. Absolutely beautiful. Owners provided fantastic service. Bathtub was an absolute treat. Pizzas on the Saturday are a must! We will definitely be back!
