Quench Gallery sits in Birchington, a modest seaside town on the Kent coast that doesn't shout about itself. The Foxhunter Park, a few miles inland, is better for families with younger kids who need space to run around - Quench is more for the adults seeking something cerebral. That said, if your teenagers have any interest in art at all, drag them along. It's not the kind of gallery that feels stuffy or inaccessible.
