Oliver's Mount

Oliver's Mount sits on the hills south of the town centre, offering sweeping vistas that stretch from Flamborough Head down to Robin Hood's Bay on clear days. The panorama takes in Scarborough's twin bays, the castle perched on its rocky headland, and miles of Yorkshire coastline beyond.

Walkers and photographers will get the most from this viewpoint, particularly those happy to tackle the fairly steep paths leading up from the town. Families might find the climb a bit much with small children, though older kids who enjoy a proper walk will love spotting landmarks from up here.
