Moel Ddinas

The walk up Moel Ddinas from Talsarnau is one of those scrambles that feels properly rewarding without being unnecessarily brutal. The surrounding landscape - moorland and forest mixed together - feels properly wild without the crowds you'll hit further east. It's the kind of walk where you'll encounter actual walkers rather than tourist hordes, which says something positive about the spot.
