It's straightforward stuff - you rock up, get suited up, and launch yourself off a platform with nothing but elastic cord between you and the river below. The setup takes advantage of the landscape here, so you're dropping over proper scenery rather than a car park.

This is absolutely not for the faint-hearted or anyone with a dodgy knee. You need to be reasonably fit and genuinely keen on the experience - there's no coasting through it as a spectator activity.
