The church at Criccieth sits quietly in this small Welsh coastal town, a few minutes' walk from Porthmadog's bustle. The real appeal is the walk there. Criccieth's coastal path offers decent views, and combining a church visit with a proper ramble along the seafront makes for a solid half-day if you're based at Haven Greenacres or Glan-Y-Môr.
