Allt Boeth

The walk up Allt Boeth near Dolgellau isn't particularly long, but it's steep enough to remind your legs why you're supposed to be on holiday. Staying at Graig Wen Camping and Cottages, just 1.6 miles away, puts you perfectly positioned for a morning assault on the peak. From there, you could easily combine it with walks to Rhaeadr Nantcol Waterfalls or explore more of the Cader Idris range. It's honest, rewarding walking rather than Instagram-friendly scenery.
