Very good

Always lovely and clean, quiet. Only problem is a new resident that has recently moved in has decided to put in an exceptionally high speed ramp outside his house ( even though there were already speed bumps on the estate) this is fine if you have a big car like they have but the (mostly) elderly residents have little runaround cars and the ramp scrapes the bottom of their cars as they go over it...

We have lived on the Park for 8 years and we would most definitely recommend living here to our friends and relatives. The recent changes, New Homes, Better security have improved the Park for the better. The Park has a community feel and there's always a hello or good morning from our neighbours. Really is a nice place to live.

We have lived on this site for over two years now. It is a very friendly place very clean and tidy. A new owner took over just over a year ago and is making some great improvements that will benefit everyone. Site management and communication has vastly improved under the new owners. Very proud to live on Weybridge Park and highly recommend it to others. Brilliant lifestyle.
