Rural Relaxing

What a little gem! They were a pleasure to deal with! Nothing was too much trouble. We felt welcomed and looked after. Even though the weather was awfull, we had a brilliant time. The breakfast was amazing. Will be going back when the weather improves and time allows. Highly recommended.

Great weekend break. Not a lot there if the cafe is closed but a very nice area, cricket club and a park over the road for more area for the kids to play in. Staff/owner was friendly and helpful. The short trip out to Foxton locks is recommended

We stayed in our camper with our 3 grandbabies. The place was amazing, very quaint. We only stayed the night, but looked to stay for a few nights end of May, gutted fully booked. The kids loved playing on the grass with their garden games. Definitely worth a visit.

Popped in for food and beverages on a cycle ride today. We were greeted with a warm welcome and the bacon and mushroom ciabatta was awesome. The hot coffee was more than welcome on this chilly day and all served in super quick time with a smile. What more could you ask for.

We had a lovely 2 night stay at the campsite. We visited as 2 families with 4 children aged 10, 7, 6 and 4. The campsite is small and quaint, with a nice amount of pitches. The clientele all seemed to be lovely and we had no issues. The cafe on site is fab and we enjoyed a jacket potato for lunch which was super. The toilets and showers are decent, and as pitch 10 and 11, were in close proximity. ...
