The site is in a great position for surrounding areas with fabulous walking directly from the site if you have dogs or not. We come from a small village and live in a cul de sac off a not so busy road, so found the road noise very loud . We could only have hard standing because the time of year which we understand. An oasis at the corner of a very busy road junction. Well laid out, site kept clear and tidy. Toilets and showers were very clean and tidy. Couldn't get awning pegs into hardstand, even with those drilling pegs. Gave up, no awning. Every retailer a person could think of very close to hand. Having said the above there are workmen erecting warehouse units behind us, it's like being on holiday in Spa...

Staff here were very welcoming. Stayed for one night in my motorhome. Facilities well maintained and clean. Mix of grass or hardstanding pitches. Plenty of shops and food within walking distance. Sat at night watching the rabbits. Highly recommend..

Family of 4 in a caravan for the August bank holiday weekend 2025. We arrived on Friday around 1:30pm and were lucky to get the pitch 9. So close to the toilet module and a big piece of grass behind the pitch for the kids to play on it, with lovely trees giving some shade. Very happy with that pitch location! A really lovely site with plenty of trees and feels less regimented layout. Great facilities and very good access for Bognor and other parts of the coast. Near large retail park for a quick shopping trip if needed! Some traffic noise from 'boy racers?'. Friendly and attentive staff.
