Old Hartley Caravan and Motorhome Club Campsite

Lovely quite campsite, friendly staff , ideal for walking into either Whitley Bay or Blyth, you do need chocks as most of the pitches are not level, being on the sea front awnings are not advised .

Nice but small campsite in a good location within easy reacb of Whitley Bay and Tynemouth. A couple of decent pubs nearby. Booking essential as very busy.

A decent site with very clean amenities. Hard standing is sloping so you will need some levelling ramps. When we stayed it was certainly very quiet. No awnings allowed. I believe that this is because the site is directly next to the site and you would really suffer with the wind. I'd certtgo again 👍

Couldn’t fault this site! Yvonne and Laurence were so welcoming and helpful and keep it immaculately clean and tidy-can’t thank them enough! Beautiful views and sea air, lovely walks from the site and down to the local beaches. We’ve been twice now and will be back next year as it’s definitely our favourite site in the UK. Many thanks for a wonderful stay!

A small fantastic site overlooking the north sea and St Mary's Lighthouse. Small pitches, no awnings allowed (unless you are at the van), but a really lovely quiet site. The facilities are really good and are kept very clean. The showers have lots of hooks, adjustable heat, lots of space and the water is very hot. There are 3 private basins and 4 clean toilets.
