Loch Lomond Holiday Park

Very unprofessional conduct and poor customer service. They don't even bother to reply to your emails. Their conduct is very different from other caravan parks I have stayed in The location is also inaccessible. There are better caravan parks available nearby.

The people here were amazing and incredibly helpful. I could go to them with all my questions, and they always had an answer or a solution. Everything looked clean and well maintained, and honestly, I don’t really have anything negative to say about them. I would 100% recommend them

Stayed with two friends for a week in October. The weather was dry and mild, giving the chance for water trips, kayaking and swimming in the loch. The accommodation was in very good condition, with really comfy snug beds and everything we needed. On arrival the heating was not working but Nelson responded quickly and sorted out the boiler. Great overnight stop. Previous reviews commented on the poor cleanliness of the toilet block. We found it to be immaculate. Spoke to the cleaner to compliment him on the quality and he said that he had taken over the contract recently

Great location right on the loch, if you have a boat or your own Kayaks etc, you can launch straight in. There is a small marina there. Laundry facilities and a small shop. This place is predominantly for the luxury lodges which take most of the site. All the Audis and Range rovers with their own boats in tow.
