Lakeside Touring Caravan Park

Stayed here for 7 nights originally but had to add 2 more nights on ! We really didn’t want to leave this magical and tranquil place, Phil and carol are just so inviting and made us feel so welcome, they have the best place in the world in our opinion . The fishing is amazing and the fish are truly cared about here .. just a beautiful, peaceful and well looked after place ..

I cannot recommend this caravan park enough. We will be returning as soon as we can. We went to lakeside on the recommendation from our neighbours. My partner spent a day fishing which he said has got his mojo back, catching the wonderful fish in the specimen lake. Absolutely fantastic site Stayed here for a week and enjoyed everything about the site . caravan pitches are so well spaced out. Toilet block was very clean and so was all the other facilities on site . The grounds are immaculate and a pleasure to walk around. staff are super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend a stay here.

Well if ever there was a hidden gem, we’ve found it. The pitches are spacious and extremely well manicured. The owners are brilliant and extremely helpful. The cafe is excellent value and the “Fill English” is amazing and not at all greasy. The lake has quite a few larger carp and the setting is idyllic. It is a wonderful tranquil place to relax and unwind. The owners Phil & Carol are passionate about creating a welcoming atmosphere with immaculate facilities.
