Kendal Camping and Caravanning Club Site

Such a lovely site with plenty of pitches to choose from, dotted up and down the hills. We felt like we had our own private campsite — only two other vans nearby, with so much space between us. In fact, there are over 150 pitches, all carefully placed in secluded spots. We had a great stay here. The facilities were excellent and kept very clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. It’s in a perfect location too—just a short walk into Kendal town centre. Highly recommended!

Very nice site, quiet and very clean, shower & toilet block were immaculate, friendly welcome from the site wardens, 40min leisurely walk into Kendal.

Small but perfectly formed site. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained. Within walking distance of supermarkets and Kendal town is about a 30-40 min walk depending on your pace. Sandybottoms is a nice dog walk or a short drive up to Kendal Green or The Castle also lovely walks.

Lovely well kept site with facilities, toilets, shower room etc spotless. The people looking after the site were very welcoming and approachable. It was a shame the weather cut short our stay
