Karrageen Caravan & Camping Park

We stayed at the Karrageen Caravan Park in September 2025 with our tourer. The site was excellent - very clean showering and toilet facilities and the host was extremely friendly and helpful. He bakes great croissants available for breakfast! The pitches were well spaced with great views - the site is on narrow Devon roads leading down to Hope Cove - so be warned! We would go again.

Amazing campsite!! Lovely family, very welcoming - have us a choice of pitch and recommended well! Gorgeous views, stunning location with easy walk to nearby Hope Cove. Facilities were clean, stylish and plentiful. As novice campervan users we could not have been more delighted with this campsite as a standard and one which we will try to return to as soon as possible. Amazing !!!

This is by far the nicest, friendliest campsite we have stayed in. We have been coming every year for about 6 hrs now and have no plans to stop. It’s very clean, great facilities, friendly staff, regularly a food truck will visit, or a cocktail bar set up from a local company which is fabulous. Best campsite I’ve ever been to in the UK. Very friendly family staff, clean facilities including fast USB chargers and most of all the most incredible views over the Devon coast (see picture from plot 21 on the Top Field). The toilets are a bit of a trek from the Top Field (about 400m) but we took bikes to wheel down to use them and it’s a small price for such stunning views. Booking in advance h...

Beautiful, peaceful location with stunning views of Hope Cove. Owners are welcoming, friendly and always ready to help. Fresh bread and pastries available in the morning from their little shop, showers and grounds are immaculate. Definitely the best campsite we’ve stayed on … hence keep returning!
