Intake Farm Campsite

This delightful working farm has the most intriguing set up. From redesigned coaches to hammocks in the woods, it caters for everyone. The hosts are so approachable, and helpful and go beyond to make a stay really enjoyable. You can help feed the animals at feed times and even help with general husbandry (but wear your wellies). I stayed here for 2 nights ,tucked away down winding lanes amongst the hills. There are a few spaces in the woods to camp , I camped on the little field. It's very quaint and rustic , folks at the farm were very friendly and welcoming. 👍👍👍

We have had a great weekend at intake farm , we camped in the woods , brilliant experience from the normal grass pitch camping 🏕 . David and Maria were excellent hosts, made us all very welcome and showed us all the animals on the farm we even fed some . Lovely Quite location, hot showers loved it , would recommend and we will go again at some point

Amazing campsite! Camping options in a woodland or small field. Compost toilets (very clean) and hot showers available with a washing up area too. But…. add the magical ingredients of amazing hosts and unique opportunities to feed the farm animals at breakfast (9am) and at tea time (6pm) makes this camping experience stand out from them all! Educational, hands on, fun, great amenities and location...

Recently stayed here to celebrate my partners birthday. Lovely campsite and amazing hosts. Showers, toilet and washing up facilities were good. Feeding time with the animals was so much fun. David and Maria are so passionate about their animals and spent over an hour with us at feeding time. We loved our pitch and having cows right outside! We will definitely be back.
