Stunning views, short walk to Langsett reservoir. Well kept site, owners friendly and helpful. Hot showers definitely stay again

Just came back from the campsite. Everything was lovely. The location, the service was beautiful. Huge thanks to Marie for helping us out when building the tent as we were first timers. Will definitely go back again

Pretty much couldn’t fault this campsite. I only stayed for a night so didn’t use the showers, the only thing I’d say is the water pressure wasn’t very strong so sometimes the toilets weren’t fully flushing (but the owners aren’t to know this unless being told). The views are incredible, pricing fairly reasonable, lovely pub and cafe at the bottom of the hill and the walk round langsett reservoir ...

Absolutely loved our stay here this past weekend. Booked for two nights and ended up staying for three! Really easy to contact the owners when needed. Showers and toilets were really clean and there was plenty of drinking water. Not overcrowded so pitches were nicely spaced apart. Fantastic location too if you don’t want to be too far from civilisation!

Had a very relaxing stay Fri to Sunday, fantastic views! nice clean toilets and showers. I feel completely relaxed with how much space we had and how quiet it was(we stayed in our touring van) the only thing I would say is that the pot washing sink needs leveling but that is the only thing, we have loved our stay and will return.
