This year everything went cashless, the park had been updated , everything looked smarter and they have put a bit of money into the facilities. This was our family's first visit to this holiday park. It was nice. Everyone we spoke with really loved the place. The staff were great. But, we had a few hiccups. The swimming pool was cold and the showers didn't work...... But we were told they were being fixed. The main bedroom in our caravan was so small. Getting around the bed was really difficult. Had a lovely weekend stay here with my family & dog. It was lovely to be able to take the dog everywhere on site. The out door pool was lovely for my grandson. The meals in the restaurant was lovely and the manager mark smith was fantastic offering a discount due to some items not available as menu was due to change. Caravan was nice & clean all staff friendly. Would highly recommend this site

Really liked it here. Nice walks. The different styles of caravans makes it really interesting. There are Pods here to on Golden Sands also. Easy access to Dawlish Warren central area/strip. Easily walkable to the train station if you wish to venture into Dawlish or other places...You get given passes so you can enjoy the facilities on site. Will definitely return.
