As C&M members, we stupidly thought we could empty our toilet cassette at a C&M site. We drove the suspension-wrecking route to the Gatwick site in our Moho and were turned away by a member of staff. "You can't use the cassette emptying without staying here because it encourages Wild-Camping". So much for "Member Benefits". Nice level pitches with a great view of the planes taking off if you're interested in taking pictures.

Helpful friendly staff If you like aeroplane s stay here noisy along side runway but can't see the planes until they take off Worth a night !!!!

Great if you like planes and aviation photography! Only if there's a Westerly wind. (Runway 26L in use) Landing and Taking off with an Easterly wind (08R) you won't see much. Sited roughly at the "Rotate" point on 26L you get the jets just as they are airborne. Movement starts 05.45 onwards and quietens down around 22.00.
