Fernwood park. Is a lovely extremely welcoming and well run site. The flower bed displays are extremely impressive. Absolutely lovely park. We wanted somewhere nice and local to try out our folding camper and chose fernwood as the reviews were excellent. We weren't disappointed. Judith showed us to our pitch, we actually had a choice of two. She said to ring her if we had a problem so when we found our ehu lead was faulty I rang her and she personally delivered a fully functional lead for us to use. The site is...

Beautiful short break at Fernwood. The site and facilities are immaculate. The staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We have been before on the fully serviced touring pitches. Lovely little treat to stay at the Mallard with our 5 month old baby. Many thanks, and see you again soon.

We arrived at Fernwood to a warm greeting from the nice lady on Reception who guided us to our pitch and made us feel very welcome. The site is probably the best kept I've been to in many years. This is a fantastic site. wonderful woodland and canal side walks and lake. My dogs 🐕 loved it.The super pitches are level and a good size(my caravan is 27 feet long ).The toilets and showers are spotlessly clean. The owners are very welcoming and helpful. Can't wait to stay again soon.
