Embers Camping - Polesden Lacey

We stayed this last weekend as a group of 4 adults and 8 young children. The site is lovely, as is the management. They were very welcoming, particularly with the children. The bell tent was perfect. One minor feedback point - rented air mattresses could have been a bit firmer and probably would give them a miss next time, but this is a very minor point.

Fantastic location, right inside of Polesden Lacey. Great spot for relaxing, with plenty of space on site, refreshments provided from the small onsite shop including local beer. We had an absolutely lovely time at this charming campsite within the environs of the Polesdon Lacey National Trust site. We were meant to be staying for 3 days, we ended up staying for a week as the kids were enjoying themselves so much. Everything you need on-site including beer and wine. Great tent camping and yurts in a leafy location. Friendly and helpful staff, a really nice family vibe. There is table tennis and other ball games available if you haven't brought your own. Fresh cooked pizza is really handy if you don't want to camp cook.

We loved camping at Embers Polesden Lacey - would absolutely recommend it to everyone. Perfect for families and the team were so helpful and kind. The facilities are well kept and real toilets and showers are great, alongside the cafe and evening pizzas!
