This would have been 5 stars because they accommodated me and my dogs last minute and allowed for a late entry. Showers were good. It deserves 5 stars for that. I was very grateful. But in the morning.... like 530am I was approached in such an aggressive manner by one of the other people on the site that it ruined the experience. Very welcoming and friendly, clean toilets/ showers, an all round great space! A large group of us stayed for a night to celebrate some birthdays, post lockdown. Was a great night, would happily stay here again!

Positives: handy for Ely and Cambridge, very reasonably priced, clean toilets, hot showers. Not so positive: adjacent to the A10, so there is a constant level of highway noise which kept us awake throughout the night. Also, a substantial section of the boundary fence was down, which presented a hazard from exposed rusty nails and splintery timber; this should, reasonably, have been cordoned off.

Basic but well maintained site. It wasn't obvious which hookup was supposed to be ours, another visitor had used the one closest to us so good that we had a long cable. Bad bit: Took 4 attempts to book the site, with no response to the "contact us" form on the website. Poor customer service.

Booking was easy (done by telephone) and we stayed 2 nights so that we could visit Cambridge. The campsite/caravan site is one of the cleanest (and flattest!) we have ever seen, with plenty of room and nice shower rooms/cleaning facilities. The overnight rates for tents were exception...
