Just returned from this amazing site, we had a few nights in one of the pods in one of the best sites we've found so far in the lakes its really well run by some lovely friendly people, even though the site was reasonably busy and in the school holidays it still felt like the whole site was your own, the cleanest facilities and showers we have come across, a bathroom with a bath which was offered ...

Spent a night here solo as a base for walking. Fantastic location a short walk from Keswick. The staff were very friendly and the facilities brilliant - the grounds and shower block were absolutely spotless. Great views across Derwent water. Will be back with the family.

We spent 4 days in one of the amazing Hexpods, which really was fantastic. The pod itself is much bigger than expected from the photos and is basically a mini apartment with all the cooking facilities you would need such as pots, pans and cutlery. You also get your own designated parking space right next to the pod so it is very convenient for coming and going. The pods are also just a few minutes...

Genuinely one of the most fantastic sites we've stayed at. Staff were welcoming, friendly and accommodating from the get go. Pitches were segregated and spaced well, views were absolutely unbelievable. Facilities are all lovely, clean and very well maintained. We did an unbelievable hike up high seat directly from the campsite. Gutted they didn’t have the availability to stay for longer as 2 night...

What a brilliant site. Clean, busy but not noisy. Plenty of space between pitches. Staff seem very happy and keen to help. Immaculately kept and amazing views. Facilities are clean and looked after. Private showers each with its own changing room. Shop is brilliant too. Great location for lake district with a bus stop a strole away. Walks on tap too. We will without doubt be returning soon.
