A 5 van C&CC site, with a tally field. Even the tally field has EHU.toileys, shower clean were all very clean . There is a barn with pool and tennis tables. We had a great DA meet yhere
Campsite with good clean facilitie and lots of grass for kids to run and ride bikes on. Nature reserve cose by and a country walk over fields to a community run pub.
Although it says it has rooms it's a pitch and caravan park but where you pitch up is gorgeous Just off the A49. It has loads around to explore like Beeston castle and lots a pretty villages to visit The gentleman running the place was really friendly and there's a fab games room for the kids With lots of country pubs to sample and enjoy I would highly recommend this spot for a weekend away
Great site. Lovely people who run it. The walk to Whitchurch, about 3 miles, was ok but there seems to be a problem getting taxis in the area. Pleasant walk to Ash, about 1 mile, and the pub there was nice. Maybe the site needs a bit more on the facilities side like more toilets and showers but it was good and we will go again.
Loved our stay here and the owners were very friendly. Well priced and fresh eggs to purchase. Nice nature reserve within just a couple of minutes walk. They also have a free games room. Good access to local shops and plenty of places to walk and explore. Will be visiting again Good location if visiting alderford lake too.
