Y Gweithdy is a working craft and design space on Anglesey where you can actually see makers at their benches - potters, textile artists, jewellers, the lot. If you're camping at one of the nearby sites - Tros Y Waen is closest at under four miles - it makes a good rainy-day detour that doesn't feel forced. Don't expect museum-level crowds or rigid opening times; ring ahead to check they're actually working that day. It's low-key enough that it could easily be shut for a private event or the makers might be out at a fair.
